Less than 3000 miles when incident happened. While driving at 55 mph on a highway the dash screen said brake and a chime was heard. Pcs system on 2019 toyota displays that the system is "on" but the icon on the dash shows "off". I have pics to provide proof. Been happening before the first srvc on the truck.
